Time to leave Vancouver!

wow, it is nearly here, the time for us to move on again and leave Vancouver. It has come round very fast! We have spent the last few days sorting out the rest of our trip, and have some great things planned....we leave for Seattle on thursday 8th June (next week!!), then head on to San Francisco. From there we do a 16 day tour (with a group, on a bus - that has beds!!!) around Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Las Vegas and LA...amongst other places. Then it is LA, and then Toronto! All very exciting! We decided not to go to Alaska after all as we don't have that much money left, or time, and we wanted to travel light and send home a lot of our winter clothes!!!! Alaska will wait until a dedicated trip in the future, or next time we are in Canada - as we'll definitely be back! It is hard to describe how it feels to be leaving here.....excited at traveling again, and all we have planned.....excited also to be heading home.....fulfilled at having achieved all we wanted to and gained a life here in Vancouver....sad to be leaving such an amazing city.....but blessed to have had so many fantastic memories....lucky to have experienced all we have.....and above all, like Vancouver is a part of us, and we are a part of Vancouver. I'm not sure we have changed from living here, but we have certainly grown. Our time here shall never be forgotten. xx
